DOpus' format module doesn't work properly with drives >4GB, and a full
format is usually a waste of time.

Yes, although only with a quick format. psformat also allows you to set
the size of the deldir and the maximum filename length. The only reason
for doing a full format is to check for bad blocks, and you've already
done that, so only use quick format from now on.
